If you are new to beading and jewellery making then come and have just one of our beading lessons. We have developed an amazing lesson that will be the only one that you will ever need.

One to one

All of our lessons are taught on a one to one or two to one basis, with one of the Bead Exclusive team. We have learnt over the years that one to one is always best. We will work at your pace, and so you will never feel pressured to keep up with everyone else. If you find something a little tricky, then we will do it again and again until you are comfortable with the techniques.

Learn EVERYTHING that you need in just ONE lesson.

In a Bead Exclusive lesson we will teach you all that you need to know in just one lesson. We will teach you what things are all called, what they are used for and then shown how to use them. We will teach you how to make earrings and things that you can do with headpins, and how to finish all of the different threads off. Our theory is that if you know how to finish off all the different threads then the jewellery world is your oyster. We will also teach you some tricks of the trade and some brilliant techniques that we guarantee will get your creative juices flowing.

The Personal touch

This is your lesson and so tell us what you want to know. When we book the lesson we will ask you what you if there is anything that you are particually interested in. Maybe you have been beading for a while and would like to try some craft wire work or tiaras.....maybe you are a complete beginner. Whatever you would like, this is your lesson and so although we have the lesson worked out, we will change and cherry pick to your requirements. This is the added bonus of having a one to one lesson.

Take you examples with you

We have learnt that the best way to remember how you did something, is to look back at the one you did last week. As a result, you will take home all of the examples of the things as memory joggers. As asn added bonus, you will also take home your copy of our bestselling 'Beadiscovered' worksheets. Our full set of worksheets was written by us and will cover all of the techniques that you will cover in a standard lesson, plus some extra techniques that you can try.

Where, when and how?

The lessons are taught in the Bead Exclusive studios in Torquay, by one of our team. The lesson will be booked at a time that is convenient to you. If you are visiting Torquay on holiday, then why not take a morning to indulge in beady heaven! We ask that you book in advance and so please call us on 01803 322000 and we can sort out the best time to visit.  Obviously the summer time can tend to get booked up very quickly and so please leave enough time to avoid disappointment.

I am afraid that as we are working showroom and not officially shop premises, we need to make you aware that we are on first floor level and there is a flight of stairs - no wheelchair access as yet.

The lesson will take approximately 2 hours, but this is a rough guide. As you are in our showrooms, you will be able to have a peek around too and if there are any bits and bobs that you need, you are more than welcome to shop if you need to.
