How quickly will my order be despatched?
Once we have received your order, it will usually be despatched within 48 hours. However, to cover any unforseen circumstances, we suggest that you allow up to15 days for delivery. All orders are sent by First Class post. If an order is over £200 in value it will be sent by Next Day delivery and will require a signature upon receipt. International and European orders are sent by Airmail. For Postage & Packaging please see below.

What happens if items are out of stock?
At Bead Exclusive we make every effort to maintain good stock levels at all times. However, with over 4500 lines, occasionally an item may be out of stock. Hopefully the next time that you order the item may be back in stock. Please note that we do not operate a back-order system.
As our stock levels are constantly changing, on very rare occasions an item may appear as 'in stock' at the time of ordering yet be 'out of stock' when the order is pulled. If this should happen we may contact you to offer you alternatives and inform you of the problem and based on this you will will either receive the alternative items or a refund/credit to your card. Please feel free to contact us either by e-mail or telephone if you have stock enquiries on 01803 322000.

How much will I pay for postage and packaging?
Postage charges for UK orders sent by Royal Mail First Class post and are based on the value of the order as follows:
up to £25 = £1.95 £25 - £50 = £2.50 £50 - £100 = £3.95 £100 - £200 = £5.50 £200 plus = £7.95
UK customers also have the option of Next Day delivery service at a charge of £5 in addition to the regular postage - this will need to be signed for and is insured to the value of your goods. You should inform us by 10am if you require Next Day delivery service - sorry, this service is not available on a Friday for Saturday delivery.
European orders are sent Airmail and charged at a flat rate of £7.50 International orders are sent Airmail and charged at a flat rate of £12.50

Do I have to be a trade customer to get wholesale prices?
No, our wholesale prices are there for everyone to take advantage of.

Can I mix colours or styles to get the wholesale price?
Unfortunately not, but by shopping in wholesale quantities you can enjoy discounts of between 20% and 50%.

I want to place an order but not on line, how can I do this?
You can do this In various ways, you can download our printable order form, fill it out and send it to us either by post or by fax, or you can telephone your order through. In all cases, please make sure that we have all of your details if using a credit/debit card, or if paying by cheque please make it payable to 'Bead Exclusive'. To ensure that we pick the correct goods for you, please make sure that you give as as much information as possible about each item eg size, colour, quantity etc.

If I am not happy with my goods, what can I do?
Please notify us within 7 days if any goods are found to be faulty upon receipt. Replacements or a full refund will be offered without question.
Goods returned for any other reason must be done so within 7 days of receipt and will incur a £2 re-stocking fee. It should be noted that many of our beads are hand made, of ethnic origin or made from natural materials, therefore slight variations in size, colour or finish are inevitable.
Please be aware that for hygiene reasons, earwires or studs may not be returned unless found to be faulty.

Am I able to come and visit Bead Exclusive?
If you would like to visit us and see for yourself our beautiful beads, you will be most welcome! We operate an appointment system between 9.00am and 2.00pm Monday to Friday. Please give us a call on 01803 322000 where we will be pleased to arrange a time when you can browse and shop at your leisure, with help and advice always on hand from one of our team. It is always helpful to us if you can prepare the essentials of your order in advance, allowing us time to gather your order together for your arrival so you can spend more time browsing and shopping. Are your components suitable for sensitive skin?
All base metal findings within the Bead Exclusive range fully comply with the EC Nickel Directives. This limits the amount of nickel allowed to be used within the product. Customers with skin allergies may find sterling silver, gold, gold-filled or niobium findings suitable.

What does the term Silver Plate or Gold Plate mean?
This means that a silver or gold colour has been applied as a final finish to a base metal component. Any product containing Sterling Silver or 9,14 or 18 carat gold as a plating will be clearly identifiable, as will any item made purely from a precious metal.

Do you have other items available that are not shown on the website?
Our website contains only our top 500 lines at present, this will increase with time. If you would like to see our full range of beads, our full colour 80 page mailorder catalogue contains every line that we stock. You can order a catalogue from the link button on our homepage. If you are searching for a particular item not featured on the website or in the catalogue, we may be able to source this for you.
